C. J. Cash is an accomplished business operations executive that has led people and processes for more than 15 years.  His operations experience began as a college student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a letter-winning manager for the men’s basketball program.  It is in this capacity where C. J. first acquired the leadership lessons that remain with him today. By way of managing the program’s basketball operations, C. J. learned how operational excellence enables teammates and organizations to be great.

Since then, C. J. graduated from Harvard Business School, earning his MBA in General Management. He also completed General Electric’s premier commercial leadership development program, during which he led the creation of CNBC’s online video business.  C. J. has been a leader in business operations at CNN Digital and held strategic advisor/chief of staff duties for the President of Turner Broadcasting’s Kids and Young Adult division. Most recently, C. J. led operations for SunTrust Bank’s digital transformation initiative focused on Robotic Process Automation. He has held sales, marketing, operations, strategy, and business development roles during his career.

Civically, C. J. serves on the board of nonprofit Park Pride and on the vestry of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, both of which are in Atlanta.
